It was only a matter of time.
When the stars align and our friends at Chateau De Valcombe ask us ‘Est-ce que ça vous convient de faire du vin ensemble, et eventuellement l’amour?” the answer was a resounding ‘Oui!’ . And here we find ourselves at the small but emmiently charming Chateaux de Valcombe in Nimes. The birds sing and we pick grapes (for posterity) and years later we have it.
Our very own wine. A young blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir and Mourverd we’re assured by the chateaux it’s a subtle blend of power, concreation and finesse.
Such words! But the result? Delicieux! C’est élégant, charpenté, dense, il a de la rondeur ! What more do you need to know. A label that looks like it was painted by a seven year old, because it was painted by a seven year old – because art!
